Contact information from the order form is used to fulfill transportation and quote requests. Crystal Cab collects the address of the customer or visitor solely for purpose of corresponding with the customer and it is not shared with outside parties. This site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Crystal Cab is not responsible for breaches in security on behalf of our host server-please be aware and use the web at your own risk. We do not and will not request nor collect payment information online for requests for prepaid reservation-our agents will arrange this by telephone only for your security, and your payment information will not be saved or kept in any form.

We will respond to a request to correct inaccuracies in your information in a reasonable length of time, following your request to correct said inaccuracies. Please email to crystal-cab@mail.com your indication of which details must be corrected, with the inaccurate information as well as the corrections, and we will respond accordingly.
